A fine bill of health

The annual healthfire conference, this year entitled Managing Healthcare Safety, provided a full and varied programme of papers given by health and fire experts. Speakers, including HM Chief Inspector of Fire Services Graham Meldrum, a doctor, a building control officer and an estates manager provided valuable ideas, advice and insight into the issues which affect safety both within healthcare premises and outside in the community.
