This building comprised a restaurant on the ground floor with residential accommodation located on the two floors above. The mid-terrace property, dating from around the turn of the century, was constructed of brick under a close-boarded pitched and tiled roof. It was modified in the late 1980s to provide additional ground floor space for the restaurant.
