THE CITY OF THE FUTURE

If any UK city can be described as a Millennium city it is Cardiff. The capital of Wales is undergoing a programme of regeneration, spearheaded by the £121 m Millennium Stadium project. The size and variety of the projects has presented South Wales Fire Service and Cardiff County Council Building Control with many challenges. Anna Hayes reports.
