THIS MONTH, I thought I would bring to your attention an interesting fire safety case showing how different regulators work together when the situation arises, and how fires can lead to prosecution for health and safety offences - in this case, under the provisions of the Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations 1999 (COMAH), rather than the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
