LFB reissues fire safety tools

LONDON FIRE Brigade (LFB) has reissued three fire safety tools for housing providers to check their building safety.The LFB advice was reissued following the Grenfell Tower fire, with the first of three tools an audit tool for councils and landlords, which helps check'proper fire precautions are in place when blocks of flats are refurbished', as housing providers 'are legally responsible for making fire risk assessments'.
