Man jailed for multiple fire safety offences

MOHAMED MUSTAFA Abdul Hasan has been sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to four fire safety offences. Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service (NFRS) reported on his sentencing at Nottingham Crown Court, after offences concerning a premises at 150 Front Street in Arnold. The property was formerly RM News, which Mr Hasan was responsible for, and sentencing was based on his breaching of a prohibition notice and 'having a lack of appropriate fire detection' at the site.
