W. L. Gore & Associates introduces its CHEMPAK~R SELECTIVELY PERMEABLE FABRIC. Used in personal protective equipment, it provides a high level of total heat loss and protection against specified toxic industrial chemicals (TICs) and chemical warfare agents (CWAs). It is the only barrier available today that is component recognized to the NFPA 1971 CBRN option. Constructed with a unique noncarbon-b&sed laminate, it is both liquidproof and air-impermeable, protecting the user against liquid, aerosol, and vapor TICs and CWAs.
