NIST's Madrzykowski Instructor of the Year

Daniel Madrzykowski, PE, a fire protection engineer in the Building and Fire Research Laboratory at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Gaithersburg, Maryland, was awarded the 2009 George D. Post Instructor of the Year Award at FDIC in Indianapolis in April.rnMadrzykowski is the developer of fire research and grant programs at NIST. His broad range of fire behavior experience is reflected in the numerous reports, CDs, and DVDs that NIST has developed and distributed to more than 250,000 fire instructors in the United States and worldwide for use in their training programs.
