Environics usa's chempro100is was used to support the Massachusetts HazMat's security efforts at the Boston Marathon. Mass HazMat uses more than a dozen ChemPro100i as a "super sniffer" and gas/vapor classifier and identifier for routine HazMat calls. The ChemP-ro100i is also is a chemical warfare agent (CWA) detector that can help to detect and mitigate potential terrorist events using CWAs and toxic industrial chemicals.
