The heat associated with these calls can increase your body core temperature, and even small increases can impair your performance and potentially affect your safety and effectiveness. For more than 35 years, W. L. Gore & Associates has combined its scientific research in heat stress, breathability, and barrier technologies to develop moisture barriers that are the most breathable in the broadest range of conditions. When tested using ASTM F1868 Part B, CROSSTECH~® and GORE~® RT7100 moisture barriers created less resistance to evaporative sweat transfer (R_(et)), enabling higher breathability.
