Dedicated Retirees and New Leadership

Darley has four employees from our Itasca headquarters retiring. Collectively, they served Darley faithfully for over 115 years. Nick D'Asta served as CFO and on Darley's Board of Directors. Steve Darley was our customer service manager in our equipment division and the leader of the Darley Family Council. Ann Praxmarer served as Bill Darley's assistant for over 20 years and then earned her way as Human Resources and Export Manager in our Itasca (IL) headquarters. If you've visited us in Chicago, you would have been greeted by Vergie Rouse, our Director of First Impressions. We welcome John Gruber who joined Darley on December 30, 2014 as our Chief Financial Officer. John will oversee all of the financial functions within Darley.
