This conference is truly a professional event from the ground up-everything from the facility to the instructors, the city, the National Anthem sung acappel-la by the Voices of IFD, Chief Bobby Hal-ton's eternal flame, the array of social events, and the vendor display floor at Lucas Oil Stadium, to name a few. This year, I also kept thinking about the keynote speech by Derek Alkonis.
