Firefighter cruz and driver/oper-ator/Engineer Smith were sitting around the kitchen table drinking their coffee waiting on the morning briefing. They knew something was wrong. Captain Jones had been on the phone in his office most of the morning. He was hardly ever late to the morning briefing.
