NEMSAC members appointed

The U.S. Department of Transportation has named 24 leaders from the emergency medical services, health care, and other stakeholder communities to serve on the National EMS Advisory Council (NEMSAC). NEM-SAC will advise and recommend to the Department of Transportation and the Federal Interagency Committee on EMS. The members will serve a two-year term. The next meeting of NEMSAC is expected to be held later this year. It will be open to the public; details will be released as soon as it is scheduled.
