Ciampo details his team's response to a fire in the second floor of a three-storey garden apartment. They are assigned as the second-due truck and responsible for the floor above the fire. One of the rooms in the apartment on the floor above is on fire because the flames escaping from the fire apartment were directly impacting a window-mounted air-conditioner unit. Some points that their company stressed after their overall operations and about window-mounted air-conditioner units are presented.
