Fire Service Brotherhood

Capaul talks about the meaning of the word brotherhood. He thinks that it is a loose term that one used to greet fellow firefighters to show them that they have accepted them into the "brotherhood." He says that there is no wrong definition of brotherhood that to him, this is not the all-encompassing definition of the firefighters' brotherhood. He discusses the three levels of brotherhood which he believes most firefighters should have among themselves.
