Amanda Normand joined the W. S. Darley & Co Team as an Engineering intern in 2006 and then as a Design Engineer in 2008 joining her father. Normand has received an associate degree in Arts and Sciences from UW-Barron County WI, a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology and a Masters Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from UW-Stout WI. She is also actively involved in the Society of Women Engineers, Wisconsin Chapter where she chairs the Scholarship Committee.
