Henrico No. 12 Station

Since 1976, Station No. 12 has served the Henrico community. The design concept for the modernization of the Station was to transform the existing municipal facility into a community gateway. The glass enclosed apparatus bay expansion acts as the station's focal point while allowing in natural lighting. A trellis covered patio adjacent to the kitchen / dinning/ dayroom completes the building's modernized facade. The materials were selected to blend the new with the old.
