Huawei deploys trial FTTH network for Qtel in Qatar

Huawei, a provider of next-generation telecommunications network solutions for operators around the world, announced that it has successfully tested the trial phase of it's fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network deployment project for Qtel, the leading integrated service provider in Qatar.rnHuawei has been working with Qtel in the area of optical networks since 2003 and successfully supported Qtel to sustain the peak traffic during 15th Doha Asian Games in 2006.
