Grizzly introduces new widebelt sander

Grizzly Industrial has debuted a new entry in the widebelt sander market. The Model G0581 43-inch double-head widebelt sander is designed for two-stage sanding. The first sanding head is a large, single drum designed for aggressive material removal. The second sanding head has an adjustable platen for precise, finish-ready results. The unit's three-phase sanding motor develops 25 horsepower and runs on 220V/440V systems. The sander uses 43 × 60-inch sanding belts with pneumatic belt tracking, which is designed to make belt tensioning fast and easy and to speed changes of sanding belts. A variable speed conveyor assures uniform material feed speeds from 14 to 60 feet per minute.
