Activity in the S&P market slowed again last week, with just one tanker reported sold, although anecdotal evidence suggests quite a number of other negotiations are continuing despite the onset of the northern hemisphere summer. Some sellers are keen to conclude sales now rather than sectors, with prices mostly moving sideways rather than falling.
