Seafarers offered anti-abuse app

An app to help seafarers report abuse and atrocities at sea is being offered by the International Bar Association (IBA) in collaboration with the group Human Rights at Sea (HRAS). The application is part of the Eyewitness project developed by the IBA, through which photos and videos can be submitted to help gather evidence against perpetrators of crime and bring them to justice.
