It is appropriate at the beginning of the new millennium to review the past decade of activity and to look ahead to future development of this journal, Experimental Heat Transfer (EHT). The past decade has seen significant change in both external and internal Environments of the scholarly publication community. Externally, the tide of Acquisition and consolidation has swept over EHT with a succession of different Publishers and production offices.
