The Special Access Undertaking (SAU) governs the prices and other terms under which NBN Co supplies wholesale services over the National Broadband Network to retailers.rnIn May NBN Co lodged a proposal to the ACCC to incorporate fibre-to-the-node (FTTN), fibre-to-the-basement (FTTB) and hybrid fibre coaxial (HFC) technologies into the special undertaking.
