Verizon Business launches global Cisco unified comms & collab service

Verizon Business claims to have become the first major US-based service provider to offer the Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.1 platform to customers around the world, with the launch of a new managed unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) offering.
