BT completes Frontline acquisition

BT has completed its acquisition of Frontline Technologies, saying it will continue to operate as a distinct entity, BT Frontline.The deal was announced in December 2007 with BT saying it would pay around$S202m for the company.As BT Front line the business will provide IT consulting, IT infrastructure services, systems integration and IT outsourcing to local, regional and multinational customers with a strong presence in the financial services, transportation, manufacturing, telecommunications, education, healthcare and public sectors.
