T[life] breathes new life into Vita Group

Vita Group (ASX: VTG), the entity formed by the merger of mobile dealer chain Fone Zone and Apple dealership, Next Byte, has revealed more details of the agreement with Telstra, signed in August, under which it was appointed the first master licensee for Telstra's T[life] retail stores. Under the five year agreement Vita commited to opening 25 T[life] stores over the following twelve months and Telstra agreed to pay Vita $23.6m over the next 18 months in lieu of trailing commission entitlements under Fone Zone's previous dealer agreement, subject to certain conditions being met.
