Wholesale telecommunications services provider, Vocus Communications (ASX: VOC)-whichhasjustcompleteda backdoor listing via First Opportunity Fund-has upgraded its guidance for the financial year to 30 June 2010.rnVocus started trading on the ASX on 8 July at $0.60 and was forecasting $6.64m in EBITDA and a $4.39 NPAT for the year to 30 June 2010. EBITDA forecast was lower than its prospectus guidance of $7.48m, but NPAT higher than the prospectus forecast of $3.64m. Its new guidance is for EBITDA of $8.15m and NPAT of $3.81m on revenues of $17.48m, up from the prospectus forecast revenue of $16.08m. Vocus shares opened at $0.65 on 5 August.
