A year after opening its office in Australia China Telecom showed its face to the public for the first time this week at the CeBit show in Darling Harbour. The Chinese giant is saying little about what it will be showing at CeBit and marketing co-ordinator Helen Liu declined to provide any additional information. However her entry on LinkedIN suggests the company is planning to go to market in Australia through channel partners. Her list of responsibilities includes "taking care of enterprise customers" and "managing channel partners."
