Under the partnership announced yesterday, Racing Victoria will adopt the Telstra Digital Video Network - a newly launched digital video network - as well as licences for Telstra owned video analytics firm Ooyala, production services from the telco owned Chief Entertainment, and satellite delivery services from broadcast services provider, Globecast.
