Most of the parts for the Cur-rawong are mounted on a single large PCB. This slides into a slot near the top of a timber plinth, with the remaining components - primarily the two large power transformers -underneath the PCB and attached to the plywood or MDF base. The front panel carries the headphone socket, volume control, power switch and status LEDs. The input connectors, loudspeaker terminals and power socket are mounted on the rear panel, which is recessed into a cut-out in the rear of the plinth.
