Multiport RF combiner supports MIMO testing

摘要

The new PXI 3061 Module provides MIMO testing capabilities for the PXI 3000 Series Manufacturing Test System. The single-slot 3U-high RF combiner features three RF in/out interfaces to a single vector signal analyzer/vector signal generator resource. Along with summing of signals, the 3060 Series modules support various input and output switched-path configurations for testing single-port and muiltiport RF devices and test system internal calibration without the need to disconnect the test subject.
