The SG-BGA-6292 is a universal BGA socket for 0.8-mm pitch DDR2 and DDR3 packages that typically come in sizes ranqinq from 7.5 mm to 15.5 mm. It operates at bandwidths up to 8 GHz with less than 1 dB of insertion loss. The contact resistance typically is 20 mΩ/pin.rnEach socket has a replaceable IC guide for each package size.
