ISL-3200 is an off-the-shelf, low-cost image sensor test and measurement system featuring integrated hardwarernand software with prewritten analysis and characterization routines. It provides a range of interfaces, controls, image analysis test routines, and evaluation/characterization capabilities for production testing of CMOS and CCD image sensor and camera modules with real-time image and video testing.
