Almost without exception, the EMC products showcased this year are responses to the demand for higher-frequency performance. This applies nearly equally for the many filters, suppressors, shielding materials, antennas, receivers, spectrum analyzers, amplifiers, and chambers included in the 13th annual showcase. The EMC standards for the CE Marking of information technology equipment (ITE) require testing to the 10th harmonic. This extends the frequency to 18 GHz for some of today' s wireless communications devices.
