The IEEE International Microwave Symposium (IMS) will fill the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center June 2-7, billed as the premier annual international meeting for technologists involved in all aspects of microwave theory and practice. It consists of a full week of events, including technical paper presentations, workshops, and tutorials, as well as numerous social events and networking opportunities. The symposium also hosts a large commercial exhibition. Co-located with IMS are the IEEE Radio-Frequency Integrated Circuit Symposium (RFIC) and Automatic Radio-Frequency Techniques Group (ARFTG) conferences, which together form IEEE Microwave Week. IMS' website states the 2019 event will have more than 10,000 attendees and 600+ exhibitors that represent the state-of-the-art when it comes to materials, devices, components, and subsystems, as well as design and simulation software and test/measurement equipment. Evaluation Engineering will have booth #981 at IMS, so be sure to stop by and pick up our June print issue at the show or chat with one of our publishers about editorial or marketing opportunities.
