This paper consider the control of one axis of the satellite SPOT4. The SPOT satellites are dedicated to earth observation. Because of a large solar array, the model of the plant exhibits lightly damped modes with large uncertainties in their natural frequencies. Two different designs are proposed in this paper. In both cases, the solution and μ-analysis of robustness. The difference lies in the loop-shaping step.
