Firstly, we would like to thank the author for his comments on possible ways to improve the results in our paper. As pointed out in the above, the Bernoulli process can be seen as a particular case of a two-state Markov chain, and the quantized control problem with dynamic quantization and Bernoulli process dropouts considered in our paper [ 1 ] is the first step of our work.
