Brueghel's painting of the Tower of Babel is a familiar image: out of a great void an enormous tower, built from hundreds of other buildings, thrusts upwards creating its own new landscape. This, in a nutshell, is what the book, Landform Building is all about: buildings that shape a landscape or which completely remodel or transform it.
