Work domain analysis: concepts, guidelines and cases

As can be seen by the increase in the number of journal and conference papers, the topic of work domain analysis and its overarching framework, cognitive work analysis, are attracting increasing attention. Unlike the majority of other texts on cognitive work analysis, the author has taken the decision to focus the text on the first stage of the framework, work domain analysis. This narrower focus allows Naikar to spend more time discussing the topics and provide more comprehensive guidance than can be found in any of the previous texts.
