It has been brought to my attention by an individual reading the online "Early View" content that significant portions of this manuscript were taken from prior publications without proper citation. This conduct was identified prior to publication of the printed manuscript in Environmental Progress and Sustainable Energy. As such, the manuscript will not be published in the printed version, and has been retracted from the online archive.
