Deepwater Horizon Update: By the time this issue appears, we will be approaching the first anniversary of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion that released more than 184 million gallons of oil from BPs Macondo Well. This issue's update focuses on findings from the Oil Spill Commission charged with investigating the accident. This will be the last regular "Gulf Update" in this column, though we will continue to report on the aftermath of this event as important developments occur.
