SEPARATION AND DETERMINATION OF TRACE LEVELS OF AROMATIC AMINES BY HPLC

摘要

Aromatic amines were analysed by normal phase and reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography employing silica gel and octadecy silane (ODS) columns, repsectively. A number of mobile phases were used. The resuts obtained on silica gel column were compared with those ahcieved on reverse phase column. Excellent resuts wre obtained on ODS and soulder peaks were elimianted when a mixture of methyl alcohol and sodium perchlorate was used as mobile phase.
