Bob Pragnell 1949-2015

Long time SEE member, Bob Pragnell passed away at the end of January after suffering from multiple myeloma. Bob joined the Society in 1987 and worked at SIRA for some years. His membership was proposed by George Korosi and Ga-bor Martell. Bob was an active member of the Climatic Group and submitted several papers about humidity. He worked on the "Measurement Uncertainty Document" and humidity calculator which was a download on our website a few years ago.
