Debugging Modern Power Electronics: Seeing the Whole Picture

Today's world of digital-to-analog converters, analog-to-digital converters, digital signal processors (DSPs) and microcontrollers has dramatically changed the measurement needs of engineers debugging power electronics. The mixed signal oscilloscope (MSO) is a class of instrument that uniquely addresses these current engineering needs. The MSO's combination of deep sample memory and analog and digital channels enables engineers to easily see the whole picture when debugging mixed analog and digital circuits.
