Council approves Hong Kong Chapter

The SEE Council has ap- proved the setting up of a Hong Kong Chapter to pro-vide services to our increasing number of Members in that region. Tommy Ho of HCL in Hong Kong has kindly agreed to be chairman of the Chapter. Con- tracts are being exchanged and more information will be available in our next issue.
