A high performance low cost digital multimeter, the DM 3068, is manufactured by Rigol Technologies and sold in the UK by Telonic Instruments. It is intended for use in educational laboratories, cost-conscious test and measurement facilities and OEMs who embed DC or AC measurements into an end product or test system. The DM 3068 is designed to measure accurately DCV, ACV, DCI, ACI, resistance (2- and 4-wire), capacitance, diode test, frequency and temperature.
