Chevron Corp., S.D.N.Y., No. 09-9958, 12/3/09).rnAttorneys from Winston & Strawn LLP filed a petition in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of the government of Ecuador to stay arbitration, which Chevron sought in a filing in September.
