White House Report Focuses on Boosting Renewable Energy in Electricity Grid

A new report on how to integrate more renewable energy into the electricity grid was released June 16 by the White House Council of Economic Advisers. During a one-day White House meeting about scaling up renewable energy and storage, the White House also said investors announced $130 million in new funding for energy storage over the next five years.
