Dispute resolution conference

摘要

The 12th International Conference of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation will be held on 3-5 May in Sydney. It is the first time this conference will take place in Australia. Titled "The benefits of dispute boards to major projects - Proactive dispute resolution", the conference will focus on "the innovation of dispute boards and the experience and lessons learnt by practitioners operating across a number of different cultures and legal systems from around the world".
